Sundria Sam
Sundria Sam Wright is a wellness educator and touch therapy practitioner dedicated to supporting personal growth, emotional regulation, and holistic well-being. She is widely known for her ability to encourage and empower individuals through compassionate presence, education, and skill-building that honors the mind–body connection.
With a professional background in psychotherapy and touch-based therapeutic practices, Sundria has spent nearly two decades supporting individuals and families through life transitions, stress, and healing processes. Her work emphasizes safe, consent-based touch, emotional awareness, and self-regulation strategies that promote resilience and healthy relationships. She brings a trauma-informed and culturally responsive lens to all of her work.
Sundria has extensive experience in teaching and training caregivers, families, and professionals in the use of healthy touch as a tool for communication, soothing, and connection across the lifespan. Her approach integrates education, reflective practice, and lived experience, grounded in the belief that personal growth emerges through intentional learning and compassionate support.
Her longstanding commitment to community wellness, education, and empowerment informs her service as a board member of Created Wonderfully, Inc., where she contributes leadership, vision, and advocacy for programs that promote dignity, connection, and holistic care for individuals and families.

Sabrina Word
Sabrina brings over nine years of educating and empowering today's youth, college students, and community members in creating a world without gender-based violence. She is a passionate advocate for survivors and their families. Sabrina earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Child Development from Sacramento State and is currently earning her Masters in Social Work at San Jose State University.
Sabrina has joined the Created Wonderfully family because she herself has experienced the pressures of being a girl and growing into a woman. Sabrina believes wholeheartedly in educating girls to be empowered in loving themselves and owning their story.
